Desire to help people get their mortgage for purchasing or refinancing their home, we try to do this the most efficient way possible.
Attitude: Getting along is extremely important, as we communicate with: clients, listing and buyers agents, and lenders staff.
Social Skills: To network with your sphere of influence, basically you need to manage your own public relationships network.
Communication: must be able to communicate clearly by phone and email.
For Experienced Loan Officers:
Most of our loan officers have many years experience and have worked in several other mortgage companies.
We provide full support for our loan officers to analyze, quote, and process client files.
The feedback we usually get from our loan officers, is that the process is very easy compared to other companies.
For Inexperienced Loan Officers:
If you are new to the industry and want to become a loan officer, we can help you.
The first thing you will have to do is study to pass the required WA state loan officer test.
Once you pass the loan officer test, we will provide with additional training that you will need, as you begin your career as a loan officer.

Income:
Loan officers are paid on commission for successful closed transaction only. As in form 1099 for tax purposes.
We do not charge a monthly fee to our loan officers, and we do not charge for any miscellaneous fees either.
You can manage your own time, on whatever hours you wish to allocate to networking and talking with your contacts.
