Would you like to join us as in a sales posistion as a loan officer ?
Currently we got 4 loan officers, but will like to at least double that. So that we can have 10 plus is our goal for 2025.

For Experienced Loan Officers:

Most of our loan officers have many years experience and have worked in several other mortgage companies.
Every company does and run their processs a little different.
We support our loan officers to process the client files, help them close their files and be compliant with the State of WA and at the Federal level.

For Inexperienced Loan Officers:

If you are new to the industry or want to become a loan officer, we can help you.
The first thing you will have to do is study to pass the required WA state loan officer test, so the state can verify you have passed the test with some basic mortgage knowledge.
Once you pass the loan officer test, we will provide with additional training that you will need, as you begin your new endevour as a loan officer.

Skills Nessesary:

Social skills: to network and obtain clients, related to getting a mortgage for real estate of single family homes.
Communication: must be able to communicate clearly, as there are many things to explain when helping people with their mortgage or purchase transaction.
Attitude: Getting along well is extremely important. Mortgage can at times be challenging, as we communicate with several people, including: clients, listing and buyers agents, as well as lenders staff.

Income:

Loan officers are paid on commission for succesful closed transaction only. As in form 1099 for tax purposes.

Whether you want to do this full time or part time, you are in control of your own time.
Many loan officers become a loan officer as their 2nd part time job, having another main source of income, specially during slow times is very helpful for personal finances.
The mortgage industry is very cyclical in nature. So it can be either very busy or very slow, so that is why many do this a 2nd part time job.
You can manage your own time. On whatever hours you wish to allocate to networking and talkign with clients.

We do not deduct for this and that, like other mortgage companies. So you can keep most of your check.
And we do not charge a monthly fee to our loan officers.

We help you with your clients, and provide support for analysing, processing and closing the file, and any tech related support, so you can focus on networking and gettings sales.
And not worry about miscellaneous fees getting deducted from your commission.
