We keep your data information secure, your information is shared if requested by State or Federal regulatory agencies, or by submitting directly to the lender your documents, the escrow company closing your transaction will get the loan documents required for closing as well as all invoices for: insurance, HOA (if applicable) and appraisal; the credit agencies gets limited information, as well as appraisal management company gets limited information.
Any documents of your file that are paper based are shredded and only digital password protected computer files copies are kept at our office.
Your information is kept secure at the office address per WA state regulation, in a password protected computer and password protected files, at the IEMTG main address: 5507 169th PL SW, Lynnwood, WA 98037.
Any other data sharing to any other parties that is not required for your mortgage, is not shared by IEMTG.
IEMTG LLC does not sell, rent, or share your nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
